Born in 1997 in Cracow, Poland, Julia is a graduate of the University of Fine Arts in Poznan, Poland with a major in painting and drawing. Since 2018, she has had the privilege of participating in several exhibitions across Poland, Germany and USA.
In 2023, she relocated to New York with her husband to pursue her artistic aspirations. In her practice, she predominantly uses oil paint and mixed media to express her perspective on her femininity and bodily existence, creating organic-abstract paintings. Through large-scale paintings, she embarks on a journey of self-discovery, aiming to convey her evolving understanding of self.
