Carlos Aresti Peña, painter. He was born in Talca, Chile, on July 30, 1944. He studied at the School of Art of the Catholic University of Chile and Pedagogy in Plastic Arts at the same university. After moving to France, he studied at the School of Fine Arts in Paris and worked as a teacher at the Conservatory of Fine Arts in the Ville de Vitry-sur-Seine. 

Aresti paintings are on permanent exhibition at The Ralli Museum in Santiago de Chile. Miracle Rock VI Tina Turner The concert was held at the Miami Arena on August 22, 1993. International acclaimed Chilean born and French resident artist, Carlos Arestis, was chosen to create the artwork that would be used for the creation of the Starr Foundation’s Poster Collection Series and marketing material for the StarArt Foundation’s fundraiser for the benefit of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A special reproduction of the painting was presented to Tina Turner. The artist and Mr. Abraham meet each other at the opening of Mr. Arestis show in Coral Gables Fl. This chance meeting leads to Mr. Arestis having a premonition back in Paris that he was going to be creating a painting of a woman rock star but did not know why with three weeks he was called upon by Mr. Abraham to create the art work for Miracle VI. reference: StarArtFoundation
